Pillie, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Pillie is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Pillie.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Pillie is limited to the amount you paid for Pillie, if any.
We may suspend or terminate access to Pillie at any time if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using Pillie at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Pillie after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
