Pillie Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Pillie (“Pillie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age required to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Pillie.

3. License to Use Pillie

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pillie for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Pillie except as permitted by law
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law
• Use Pillie in a way that interferes with security, integrity, or normal operation

4. Not Medical Advice

Pillie is a lifestyle and reminder tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or concerns.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your own device settings and permissions
• Verifying reminder schedules and entries are accurate for your needs
• Any decisions or actions you take based on app reminders

6. Notifications and Device Features

Pillie may use local notifications and other on-device permissions to provide reminders and related features. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

7. Intellectual Property

Pillie, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pillie is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• Pillie will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
• Reminders will always be delivered on time under all device conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Pillie.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Pillie is limited to the amount you paid for Pillie, if any.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Pillie at any time if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using Pillie at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Pillie after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
